If we have the money and courage, we no longer have to lamely accept the ravages of time. While growing old has many compensations, losing out to gravity and is not one of them. In addition, time is kinder to some people than to others even despite a prudent lifestyle and diet.
Another reason to consider cosmetic surgery is to ‘ correct ’ a disproportionate feature – ears that stick out, a roman nose, a squashed nose, a weak chin, thin lips, a protruding jaw, an overbite, small breasts a big gut, a crooked limb, a flat bum, short legs, bunions and so forth. Nowadays there is simply no part of the part of the body that cannot be surgically improved or enhanced and that includes both male and female genitals.
So whatever the reason, cosmetic surgery can give a person a new lease of life and a huge boost in confidence. It is, of course, expensive and not without risks.
